“I was more than please when I received the headbands that I bought for my daughters. They're a lot nicer than they actually look online. The quality's good, and delivery was a lot faster than I expected. Overall, the whole process of purchasing online and delivery, I would say is excellent!!! I would definitely order again from this company.”

“My order has gone missing. I called yesterday to say that I have not received it, to be told it's not classed as lost until it's been 14 days. The guy said it was sent out on the 19 th Jan and it was now 4th Feb. Then he said call back in 3 days!!!!!”

We pride ourselves on our excellent level of customer service, but unfortunately, sometimes items do get lost or delayed in transit which, we hope our customers appreciate, is due to circumstances outside our control. Whenever an item is lost in transit we always go that extra mile to help resolve the issue to our customer's satisfaction. There are many reasons why an item may be delayed in transit and for this reason Royal Mail don’t class an item of post to be lost in transit until 15 working days after the date that it should have been delivered. On this occasion, the item was posted on 20 January by Royal Mail 48 and, to help our customer, we agreed to resend the item out before the end of this time period as it is needed for a specific event.

“Great site for accessories and my 9 year old daughter is delighted with the hair stuff I bought for her. I only went onto the site to look and ended up purchasing over £15 worth of hair accessories, most of which my daughter has already worn! Some were purchased with our up-coming holidays in mind so I am hoping to keep a couple of hair bands in their new condition to take abroad with us in a few months time .... that's if my daughter can wait that long before wanting to wear them!”

“I There's no better feeling than when you open your purchase and it looks even more fantastic than it did on-line! It's absolutely gorgeous, exactly what I wanted for a wedding and is incredibly comfortable. All that and an incredibly reasonable price too! Brilliant! I also got it virtually the next day.”
