“I have seen and heard many of my favorite chefs talk about Global. I saw there was a big sale and needed a 6" chef's knife. Once it arrived, I put it to use during service prep. I was absolutely amazed with the comfort and sharpness of the knife. The top FOH person needed a knife to cut lemons, mine was the only one out and clean. She was shocked by the little effort in cutting her lemons. After a quick clean, I needed to mince herbs, and there was no bruising and no bleed of the herbs to the board. I was so impressed, and the sale was still going on that I bought a 2nd 6" classic chef's knife. I will be looking forward to Global for all my future knife needs!”

“I am very happy with my set of knives! I got the 6 inch chef’s knife, the paring and the serated. I can easily cut even slices of bread! These knives feel good in my hand and are holding their edge very well.”

“The knife is amazing. Easily the finest one I ever used. Delivery was fast. The only thing I didn't like was the part of the packaging where the knife was secured by these plastic zip ties that were hard to remove and I even scratch the knife a little while doing it.”

“I have Global knives at home, but I just purchased a full set for my commercial catering business. They are a joy to use! So sharp and they cut so easily and cleanly. The Global sharpening tool will help my team keep that edge honed. Their smooth design means easy cleaning. I love Global knives. A great value for the quality of these chef grade knives”

“The website does not provide customers the option to change mailing and billing information when entered. The website should ask customers to verify information after entering and allow them to cancel purchases at any time. I ordered the knife block pad- 10 slots twice and returned the first one ordered. I called customer service today and was informed that a number should have been requested to return the unopened purchase and in 4 to 6 weeks I may receive a refund.”

“Best knives I've ever owned. Makes cooking more enjoyable. The knife block is a great size, and the angle that the knives sit makes it easy to remove the knives while being able to fit on a countertop beneath cupboards.”

“Bought my son the classic G-2 Chef's knife a few months back and just got him the Classic 7" Santoku Knife. He loves them. You can pay more for some other brand but you can't buy a better knife. The 2 Stage ceramic sharpener addition was nice.”

“This review is not for the quality of the product but for their customer service experience. They provide little to no information on how to return their item. There is no invoice included with the purchase, the email noted on their website is non-functioning and was Undeliverable, their chat request is not really a chat and when I finally found a phone number where a human being would answer, they were very unaccommodating in making sure I had something to be able to return it after I printed out an invoice with no return, postage paid by them. Bottom line, you better like the item as returning it was a part time job!”
