“At the risk of sounding over-emotional, my new knives have changed my life! I actually look forward to cooking so I can cut my vegetables like they're butter. I had no idea how bad my old knives were even though I sharpened them regularly. For my bestie's birthday I gave her a Classic Chef's Knife and she too now sees the light. If you're on the fence about the price or whether you actually need new knives, trust me on this - Global knives are worth it!”

“Not bad for the price... buy not overly impressed with the quality. Dose not seem to hold a sharp edge for long.”

“Two points about the service: - I made a mistake in my order. Customer service was great at taking care of the issue. - The knife was shipped timely and got here in a couple of days. The knife itself is great -- nothing less than what I expected. I have been using the G-2 for a few years now. This was the second knife I got from Global. It is a fantastic knife.”

“My knives take a beating, line cook life. These knives are and will always be my favorite. Wish I had gone with them 20 years ago it would saved me a lot of headaches. This trio sharpening system is insane!!! I didn’t even think my knives needed much, man I was wrong. They came out of this like beasts.”

“Best knife I ever owned. I bought my first Global Knife in 2007 it was the 8" Chef and I never regretted spending $100 buck for a knife. That knife is still useful. I do need to take it to get sharpened as I don't want to ruin it. When I saw the 2 pieces 6" chef and pairing knife at an amazing price I jumped on it. Another awesome choice. I love that it cuts tomatoes so thin. This is my first purchase on Global and they were great at keeping me updated on shipping and shipping was quick. I will defiantly buy from them again.”

“Many years ago I received a Global chef's knife and a flexible boning knife as a gift. I don't do a lot of boning so that knife was rarely used. After taking a knife's skills class, I learned that a boning knife has many more uses. It is excellent for removing the rind from melons and sectioning citrus. I recently bought a second knife for a vacation home.”
