“I love my Global chefs knife . (I also got one for a friends ) first is just the beauty of it. I’m a retired art professor ( sculpture ) . I saw the knives and just thought they were elegant, stunning design .of course now I like it for the way it handles. It has enough heft and it balances in the hand. I love it .”

“I've always loved global knifes since I started chefing. The one piece steel just looks clean and just amazing. My only wish, when I buy a knife, it comes with a blade protector cover instead of having to purchase one.”

“Have been cooking for over 50 years. Never found any knives that compare to Global knives. Have my daughter hooked too. We have them professionally sharpened once a year. Flawless! Great quality knives. Thanks for making such a great product.”

“I ordered the 3-piece knife set from the Global Amazon store (Global SAI-3001 3 Piece Knife Set) and to keep it short and sweet, these are simply the best quality knives and the sharpest knives, I've owned for the kitchen, and that coming from owning some nice Henckel knife sets over the past 45+ years. I liked the look, and now the feel, of the SAI collection. They are so sharp, and weighted so nice, that they simplify my cutting needs when prepping & cooking. I am now a Global Knife owner from here on out!! Liked them so much, that I've placed two additional orders with Global 1) another knife to complement the 3-piece set that was on a holiday special, and 2) the matching cutlery-shears, 8.5-inch knife sharpener, and three-wheel sharpener, along with a couple pairs of tongs! Global comes very highly recommended from me!!”
