Not happy with this company at all!!! The delivery was outsourced and that company dropped the package off at an unoccupied house so my son never recieved his Christmas present.

Poorly constructed and none of the blades are sharp. I get better results from a $10 peeler purchased at target than I do with this $50 piece of junk to add insult to injury the item is non-returnable once it’s been used come on global you can do better.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO PURCHASE FROM !!!! NO RETURNS IF YOU HAVE TRIED THE PRODUCT AND NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE!!! ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY TO SPEND AND BE UNHAPPY WITH!!!

They are a scam. I have two reasons for saying so, one being the product does not work as advertised. yes it will make a dull knife sharper but no, it will not turn it into the "kitchen razor" they show in the advertisment. And two, they will not accept a return if the product has been used. This is particularly telling for its in-your-face stupidity.

Unfortunately, the item I received arrived damaged. Manufacturing defect or something to the degree.

The knife may be good, i really dont know because its been impossible to get them. My delivery went back to the store due to a problem with delivery, when i asked to change the direction, they never do it, fedex told me they dont have it so…ive paid for something that i dont have

I reached out twice to return the item within the specified timeframe and I haven't received a response. While it's a quality product, I'm disappointed in the customer service.

The website does not provide customers the option to change mailing and billing information when entered. The website should ask customers to verify information after entering and allow them to cancel purchases at any time. I ordered the knife block pad- 10 slots twice and returned the first one ordered. I called customer service today and was informed that a number should have been requested to return the unopened purchase and in 4 to 6 weeks I may receive a refund.

Frustrated. I never received the knives. Three attempted deliveries were made by FED EX and no one was there to sign for them, so they were returned to GLOBAL. When will I receive a refund?
