I was having considerable problems getting logged on for the first time and was going round in circles. I used the online chatting function and got 'Zane'. Zane responded immediately and was able to solve my problem within a minute. Perfect help for a technophobe like me!

well,its kane who helped me a lot.I was very tense as i already made the payment for additional month and no one informed me when to start.he was very helpful,within minutes he solved my problem.now i can continue it with a fresh mind. Thank you kane

I made contact with Kane from Global Edulink via email regarding course bundles. I was offered two offers but unfortunately I had to decline both offers since they were out my price budget. Kane was very helpful, understanding & no peer pressure when having to decline these offers. Will be making another course bundle quote request very soon.

While I had a whole year to finish my course, work took precedence and I forgot that I was closing in on my course end dare. But fortunately I was able to get an extension for a month by an very friendly customer support agent. Thank you!!!
