The Beauty course l purchased Through Reed, did not have the modules stated on the purchase receipt from Reed, I asked Reed for a refund on the same day, within the 14 cooling off period. They contacted Global Edulink for them to process a refund, this was weeks ago! Still no refund! I have now asked my Bank to look in to this matter

Booked a course and exam online with Global Edulink for Prince2 Practitioner. I am just starting but the content seems impressive compared to what I had for foundation level with another provider. Also 10 /10 stars to Kane for responding so quickly (by email) to all my queries and additional requests for clarifications, thank you for the patience and outstanding customer service skills, it does make a difference. Overall, I recommend it !

The WhatsApp team is very helpful. The emails don’t tend to be responded too very much and the customer services are bit a varied but up to now I have managed to get my queries resolved.

Well, I was having a bit of an issue with getting registered for a course. After trying some of the various channels afforded to me for resolution and to no avail, my first contact via whatapp was very helpful and successful. Kane Williams took care of the problem and got me registered quickly. He gave me good customer service and I appreciate that. All I can say is the whatsapp method and Kane Williams helped me solve an issue that two weeks of the message/ email options didn’t (even with time difference) The Global Edulink people have usually tried to be helpful. It may be little frustrating to make contact but once I do they are willing to assist in resolving the issue as Kane has done. Thanks Kane. It’s you and the others that make me decide to do two more courses despite any issues I may have encountered.

After posting my initial review I have had contact with Shaun a manager at globaledulink, he has been sincerely apologetic about the service that was afforded to me, since he has taken the initiative to issue me with a partial refund as to appease my dissatisfaction with the product delivery process which I was unhappy with. In my opinion the manager has done his level best to resolve this issue I do acknowledge that I did use their materials through the platform to write two assignments so at least in the end I have had a satisfactory resolution to my query and I will it up people to decide in their own experiences.

Hi Global edulink, I would like to thank Kane course advisor, I have successfully completed the diabetes Level 3 diploma and Kane has been super. He has responded to my queries via email promptly, reassured and helped myself ++. Kane has gone above and beyond. Thank you for putting up with me Kane.
