“I was very fortunate to have Iris Lee as an instructor. She utilized her vast life experience to adapt the learning of Voice Recognition Technology to meet my disabilities. I am eternally grateful. Hopefully, VRT training offered by Global Knowledge, in the future, will allow the learner and instructor to decide which VRT tool will be best suited for their learning needs. In my case, I believe that the VRT tool included with Windows would have been a much better option than the $500 program offered to me. Finally, with regards to the utilization of VRT at my place of work, it was very unfortunate that no one was able to determine if any VRT program was compatible with a specific health care software application. Ultimately, I finished the course feeling confident of my abilities (primarily due to my very competent instructor), yet very unsure as to whether I will be able to utilize my knowledge in my work.”

“OMG I have no ideal where to start I did not think I would enjoy this course as I have no experience at all with computers but let me tell you the instructors are top notch and I loved taking Learning to learn & Level 1 it sure built up my confidence and everyday I'm playing on my computer with the knowledge I've learnt You won't regret taking computer course threw GK!!!!!! Everyone are absolutely great”

“I took the Business Analyst Essentials course with Richard. He is a great trainer and keeps attendees engaged in the sessions by asking questions, participating and providing practice exercises. The material is very detailed and available before, during and after the class. The course is recorded and available to users about 48 hours after it ends, in case users are unable to attend.”

“Jim Aragon was our instructor for "TROUBLESHOOTING TCP/IP NETWORKS WITH WIRESHARK". Despite using Wireshark for 20+ years now Jim taught me new skills with the tool each of the 5 days. I had previously used it to solve short term needs, but the skills I have added will allow me to dig deeper and/or present my findings with comprehensive test results and charts/graphs. I have had extensive technical training dating back to September 1980 and Jim ranks with the top 3-5 instructors I have ever had. The course material was spot on for my level and the Zoom environment far exceeded what I thought an online experience was going to be like. I am extremely pleased that my Engineering Manager allocated the budget for me and several of my colleagues to attend this class.”

“I just took "6998V: Power BI Fundamentals for End Users-2016" with David Chen and I would strongly recommend taking any courses he teaches. I took an Advanced Excel course with him as well, and he makes the material very easy to understand. Taking virtual courses can be boring but David was dynamic and engaging.”

“My instructor Mrs Wren was fantastic enthusiastic, professional, inlcusive and really helped the class focus on the areas needed to understand principles of ITIL and pass the exam. She also used real life examples to relate to different situations to help understand the material better. The video was solid, never failed and audio communication was solid as well. One of the best online courses ive taken.”
