“Prior to taking the SharePoint 2016 courses, I only knew basic roles. Today I am a lot more comfortable with using SharePoint at a member and owner level. The prices of the virtual courses are very affordable, the instructors are very knowledgeable. Thank you Global Knowledge!”

“Global Knowledge has helped pave the way to my ITIL Expert certification. With competitive pricing, excellent instruction, and great virtual and on-site facilities, it is hard to fail. I especially like the 100% guarantee that students will pass exams. Luckily for me, I have passed all of my exams on the first attempt. Having the option to review the course recordings for virtual courses really is a plus and helps with studying and reviewing up to a year after completing the course. Great job!”
