“I had a fabulous experience from initial course inquiry, payment process, online registration and course delivery. I took the Advanced Automated Administration with Windows PowerShell (M10962) course. An absolutely fantastic course! I learned a lot from this course. Instructor Derrick Sobrien delivered the course through a virtual live classroom, he is a real subject matter expert. He is very knowledgeable, worked at a good pace, and, most importantly, he was very good at communicating with all the attendees and ensuring questions were answered. I learned things that I did not know about advance Powershell, including how to do something more immeasurable than I have been. I will be looking into taking more training courses through Global Knowledge in the near future. Thank you!”

“CISSP Prep - I like the instructors delivery of the material. I was very easy to listen to and helpful for taking in the information. I found her to be very knowledgeable of the source material. The GK staff was very helpful in getting the class scheduled and accommodating of changing to online training as well as getting the study materials delivered.”

“I truly enjoyed this course, the instructor David Arborg (hope I spelled it right) was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. The customer service via chat was also super helpful to get me connected to the zoom platform for this switch over as I was having difficulties accessing the right class. The price was not bad. The delivery of the materials was very clear and explained very well. Overall, I am satisfied. I would have preferred to have a reminder email sent out one day prior to ensure I would not have any issues signing in and not be late for next time.”

“A group of us attended the class room course on fundamentals of Power Bi expecting a practical beginners course on Power BI. It turned out to be a 2-day demo of the capabilities of Power BI with no structure on how to work with Power BI (best practice, do's and dont's, etc.). We learned more from free YouTube tutorial from Microsoft, Enterprise DNA, Guy in a Cube or Curbal. Imagine, there was 7 of us… total waste of money.”
