“Voor aanschaf van de e-learning contact gehad met de klantenservice met de vraag of de training in het Nederlands of Engels was. Na aanschaf bleek dit alleen Engels te zijn. Ik heb opnieuw contact gezocht met de klantenservice die mij wist te bevestigen dat de training alleen in het Engels was. Global Knowledge kon verder niets voor mij betekenen. Geen compensatie, aanbod geld terug te storten, andere mogelijkheden aandragen. Pech van je geld, we hebben je verkeerd ingelicht.”
