“Troubleshooting TCP/IP Networks with Wireshark Instructor was very professional and presented the course at the Graduate level beginning at the 101 intro level to the 601 capstone graduate level. Instructor added real world experiences which significantly enhanced the hand-on (labs) training. The Instructor's presentation and her training style enhanced your interest, especially when explaining the process - articulate and to the point - however, not forgetting its a process that you develop through your analysis of the purported issue and presenting the recommendation - result - what was the cause and what is (your recommended solution) - Explain the steps-process you used to resolve the issue? Excellent course”

“Norbet Gregorio was a great instructor. very approachable and enjoys teaching. the Network Fundamentals course itself is informative and compact. would enjoy another course with them if all their courses are of the same or better quality than the Network Fundamentals course.”

“This was the first course I had ever taken with Global Knowledge. Going through the lessons and lab exercises, I had several realizations through the lessons and lab exercises of why my company's SharePoint sites looked the way they do, and how they came to be. I am looking forward to putting this new knowledge to use, and feel I will add value to my company with this course and courses to come.”

“absolutely worth it! It may initially be a lot to take in (the CISSP prep) however, I do acknowldge it may be the 'minimum' we have to know to be more effective security and risk management professionals. It's up to me to make use of all these afterwards. But thianks a lot John G - you are awesome and 'love the way you shared all those materials, websites and most of all, your personal experiences as well. 'Made your presentation really worth it....”
