“I have now taken 9 courses through Global Knowledge. The instructors that I have had have all been knowledgeable in what they are teaching, the lessons are easy to follow along with, and the interaction with other participants has been good. The staff behind the scenes are very helpful if you have any questions about the courses prior to taking them and respond to emails promptly.”

“Robinson Shai was hands-down probably one of the best course instructors I had. I went through the CompTia CASP prep course. He did not teach off a powerpoint, but directly from the exam objectives. During his instruction he'd demonstrate tools on his personal VM. He's an expert in the field, for sure.”

“I took Excel level 1 and the entire experience was outstanding. The instructor had a solid understanding of both the subject matter and how to effectively instruct. The virtual method of delivery was appropriate for the material. I thought it was worth the money my company spent for this training. The GK website is excellent and easy to use.”
