“The course was online and it was great. We did the work as the teacher was teaching and if we made a mistake she corrected us and showed us the way. She was very patient and understanding and I loved it.”

“Was happy to discover Warren Crawford, was the same instructor I had the pleasure of receiving "White Glove Training" from in December 2016 for Office 365. He is patient, his delivery is clear and his upbeat personality kept the course humming along within the Virtual Classroom environment.”

“The instructor was excellent! Kept the class engaged, very knowledgeable and walk us through every detail. He followed along with the book, but mostly spoke and demonstrated! This isn't easy to do with an online audience you don't see, or hear from! It takes experience and engagement to pull that off. I can't tell you how many expensive courses I took where the instructor simply read from the book the entire time, making me wonder what I paid for, much less stay awake.”
