“Well put together course. Wayne Appel made us feel very comfortable and thus we were able to maximize the learning experience. Support group were very capable and understanding. I would have no problem taking another course with Global Knowledge,”

“The pace of this course was perfect. The instructor was beyond qualified to teach this course and had extensive experience in many areas of IT. He was able to give real-world examples of scenarios and troubleshooting and answered every question thoroughly. This was an excellent cost to value ratio-- exam vouchers and all! I am very pleased to have taken this course and would highly recommend it.”
