“Waly is a Great instructor, he understood my level of computer skill and was patient while he walked me through the learning process building on new skills along the way. If other courses offered by Global Knowledge are this comfortable to take, I'll be looking at others to increase my employability and skill level.”

“WOW ..... Just completed Microsoft Outlook 0365/2019 - Level 2 / Med and not only was the session FANTASTIC, Greg was incredible. He made it very easy to feel comfortable trying what has been shown and taken away the fear. I would recommend to anyone as soon as possible as it immediately improves efficiency!”

“I have found both courses taken trough Global Knowledge relevant, well laid out, and instructed amazingly! The instructors I've had are great at demonstrating concepts, answering questions, and keeping the courses on schedule. My older mother would benefit from updating her computer skills, and I would feel comfortable having her enroll in a course through GK.”
