“Global Knowledge is a great company and their online trainings are great and interesting. The instructor was very good and showed my colleagues and I lots of functionalities found in M365. The labs with those VMs were really detailed and easy to follow. Le cours a été donné en français pour mes collègues et moi par un excellent instructeur : )”

“I would highly recommend Global learning. I live with a disability that causes me a lot of pain and trouble with focus, Global leaning made it possible for me to gain a great understanding of the basic computer skills needed for everyday. My instructor Dan Lafleur was patient and understanding of my physical pain and was very considerate of my needs, he took time in helping me grasp all concepts.”

“The virtual training is nice and easy when it comes to accessing material, listening to our facilitator and having "break-out room" discussions with group members to work on exercises. I have done the in-class training as well and it is also great. Overall, excellent experience.”

“I took an online course for Cybersecurity and had Ray as an instructor. Online classes can be very difficult to teach, however Ray made the experience outstanding. His knowledge and experience were very beneficial to the course!”
