“ITIL itself is really complex and dry and not easy to learn. However with our trainer Ken the course was great and ITIL became "real". Ken is a fantastic very capable teacher and really approachable all time during the course. Whilst giving really pracmatic examples during the course combined with some fun ITIL turned from a dry material into comprehensible interesting stuff. Thanks to Ken!”
“The course failed to achieve its goal. The learning material was not available when the course started, neither was all the technology working. The presentation screen was far too small for the text to be read at the back of the class. The course leader admitted to not being adequately prepared to run the course and in the end the course was terminated early.”

For me the content was a mix of things I was aware of but I didn't understand as much as I would like and things that are new to me, which was great for extending my knowledge. I really enjoyed the exercises, I was the least experienced of the people on the course which was great for me as I got to benefit from my class mates previous experience. I feel the exercise are really useful as they encourage group discussion. Overall I really enjoyed the course and I would recommend this course to my work colleagues. “The setup of this course feel well below expected standards, with accounts and virtual machines not being setup or configured, this left the group with very little to do for the first morning. There is no way to gain access to the course material other than though installing a very non-standard application on your own machine, which would then need access to an internet service before being able to read any material.
All in all I would never use your service again.”
