"I just received a package from GLS courier company. Well, how do you say \u201creceived\u201d? I got a call from the courier on the intercom and I opened the common beast using the intercom for the courier to come up to me. No one came up, but I got a message that the goods had been delivered. I went down to the mailbox, but the parcel was not there either. I happened to walk past the common front door and saw garbage near it. I went closer, and it wasn't trash - it was my package. Thank you very much GLS!"

"The courier dropped my package in the middle of the floor of my apartment's lobby and called that \"delivered\". Package was stolen immediately. \r\n\r\nFirst experience with this service. Their courier left my package in the middle of the floor in a public lobby of my apartment complex where it was stolen before I even got the notification it was delivered. Emailing them they told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to the seller, who had nothing at all to do with their negligence.\r\n\r\nThis company sees nothing wrong with a courier just throwing a package onto the floor and taking off, and will do nothing to help after the fact. I advise staying as far away from them as possible as both shipper and receiver."
