“Changed my car over from a Clio to a Captur on PCP. They took monthly payment for Clio out on 3rd Feb, even though i had a new car coming that month. Picked new car up 8th March. New payment taken 28th March. Still waiting for Clio money. Despite 2 complaining emails, as of today 12th March, no money. Suggest you go somewhere else, as clearly customer care is not their strong point. Its a shame really because the Sales person was 5 star rating.”
