“good price, good advice of delivery purchase as described”

“The Dyson V8 was a great price and was delivered quickly. However it stopped working after a day. I called GoCordless and their advice was, "call dyson, as that what we'll need to do as we haven't any left in stock and it will be quicker". Dyson customer service were great and a swap was arranged. Yes this was probably the quicker route (due to their lack of stock) but wasn't really the best example of Go Cordless owning the issue/customer service hence 3 stars.”

“I have two points to make. 1. The service by Go-Cordless and 2. my purchase of the cordless battery operated Bosch Vacuum Cleaner. 1. The ordering, payment and delivery of the goods was excellent and totally reliable. I would with confidence use this company again. 2. My wife and I are in our mid-late seventies and although we had a working vacuum cleaner we considered replacement of it by a cordless, light weight cleaner which is far far better for our useage than previous models. We chose a Bosch Pro Animal despite us not having pets and it is an excellent piece of kit. It has good battery life, good suction cleaning and above all, so much easier for us both to use at our ages. All in all, a very good deal all round. We recommend the use of this company and the goods we purchased. Finally, it was the best financial price we could find. Good job. B.Wilson. Purchase May 2017.”

“Prompt delivery with advance warning and various options to rearrange if required. Very competitive pricing, easy to use website. Excellent customer service. Very happy with new hoover, my house has never been so easy to clean”
