The packaging was intact and the courier arrived within 15mins of the suggested time. “Very courteous and helpful telephone service and my cleaner arrived promptly and in good condition. Cleaning is much easier now that I don't have to drag a heavy cleaner about with a cable trailing behind me. I'm very glad I purchased it.”

“My friend who has an apt bought this model and I was over the moon with it, what I didn't realise was that it is all tiled floors over there but all carpets in England! I had got rid of my Dyson as it was too heavy for me but have now found I am having the same problem as it is not good on carpets, it does pick up very well but it like pushing something with a brake on when using it, and I am really disappointed”

“Not delivered on day given and supplier unable to give definite date. Although delivery only took 3 days caused annoyance as time taken off work when not necessary. Actual unit seems excellent and good price”

“So light and easy to handle. Best Hoover we have bought suction excellent. We have mostly wooden floors so do not know how long the battery would last if house was carpeted throughout. We charge it once a week and vacuum downstairs every day and upstairs twice a week. I would definitely purchase another one when this one is finished.”

“Delighted with my new Bosch Animal cordless vacuum. It is so easy to use and great not having any wires to trip over. It cleans all floor types with ease. Also dead easy to re-charge and empty etc, also vacuuming has become a pleasure, one thing I thought I'd never say! It arrived very quickly and very well packaged. I highly recommend it,”
