“Excellent service from ordering to execution. The phone service representative Violet was super helpful, efficient and polite. The team who picked up the boxspring, Mario and Richard were on time, professional and efficient. They knew what they were doing and I liked the fact that they called ahead of time and gave me a narrower window so I didn’t have to wait around all day. Extremely helpful. I would use the service again and highly recommend! Susan”

“Abdul and his associate - made sure they removed the refrigerator that was just a bit too large to take down the stairs. The fridge was old and also slowly not working - they took the doors off and a few other parts and varied it over the railing! Lots of hard work in in only 25 min. I will use Load up again for sure.”

“Great service, careful staff and efficient removal of old mattress and bringing in of the new shrink wrapped one. They even knew exactly how to unroll and set up the mattress to expand in place. Would definitely hire again to save my back and well worth the fee they charge!!!”
