“Good service, the two chaps that showed up were done in less than five minutes. It's just too bad that we waited the whole four hours before they arrived. In any case, although Waste Management would have picked up mattress, it would have meant wrapping it in plastic and putting it out on the curb, glad we used Go Load Up instead. Thank you.”

“Overall pretty good service. Only minor complaint was the automated call I received the night before stated the wrong time. But the driver showed up at the correct time.”
