They were 30mins late, past the 4 hour window I selected, and the went to the wrong house. But once they arrived they were extremely fast and very friendly. I’d definitely hire them again. Good prices compared to others in the area too!

Overall LoadUp was adequate and did what I needed it to do--pick up old mattresses. Just be aware that LoadUp is kind of like Uber for junk removal, so it's very likely you'll have a person or few people in a pick up truck show up at your door instead of something more "professional" like 1-800-GOT-JUNK. We had a dad and his kid, who were both on time and pleasant.

The persons who picked up the mattresses was very good and polite. However have not been able to get an invoice from this company. 5 stars for the people who picked up 1 star for the office help.

I was happy to find a source to remove a mattress and box springs as many community organizations do not accept them now. My first pickup had to be rescheduled due to no truck available but the reschedule went well as they called 30 minutes prior to pickup as I requested. Otherwise I would have given another star !

I am happy they took my exercise equipment. But, I was sad that I had to pay an extra $75.00 for them to pick up my treadmill. I think that I should have been quoted that, instead of getting a call about it at a later time.

It was very easy and efficient to schedule the pickup. The guys came within the window we were given. The price was very afforadable. The service was exactly what we were looking forward to and would use LoadUp again if we have the need.

Once arrived the moving team worked quickly and was courteous. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication during the four hour window for pick up. I had not heard from anyone during the window. With 30 minutes left, I called your customer service and after checking she informed me that the moving team would arrive right at the end of the window, which I found frustrating. I suggest a shorter window, perhaps two hours, would be more customer friendly, and also furnish update early in the window about the actual expected pick up time. Movers should wear show protection to avoid leaving dirt, leaves, grime on floors.

The guys were on time and very nice, the lady who set up the appointment also. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to wait a couple of days for my appointment.

Good service, the two chaps that showed up were done in less than five minutes. It's just too bad that we waited the whole four hours before they arrived. In any case, although Waste Management would have picked up mattress, it would have meant wrapping it in plastic and putting it out on the curb, glad we used Go Load Up instead. Thank you.

Overall pretty good service. Only minor complaint was the automated call I received the night before stated the wrong time. But the driver showed up at the correct time.
