“Load up says sit back and we do the work…. 1 guy shows up to carry a couch out of my house. He is very nice and polite. I had to be the #2 employee and help carry the couch out. I got offered 25% off for that. I should have got 50% for being # 2. Change your motto of sit back and we do the work. More like we show up and you help. 😳🫣🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑”

“Given 12 hour window for pick up of 3 items. Stayed home all day waiting and it was not picked up as promised. Load up should not ‘confirm’ order unless loader committed to the job is found.”

“The Load Up guys I had were great! They moved quickly to get things done and when they had a little hiccup with product assembly, they fixed quickly and finished the project. I would recommend that team!”

“The loaders were great. However the schedulers are horrible. We paired for loaders for a Monday. They were to arrive between 12 and 4. We finally get notified that no one picked up the job. They wanted to know if they could come after 4. We said yes. Then we get notified that no one picked up the job. They wanted to reschedule for Thursday. This was a clean up after an eviction of renters. Don’t use them if you have a limited timeframe.”

“there was a change in my pick up time due to a mix up by your agent that made me rush back home earlier than the scheduled time. However they did not arrive on time and eventually picked up my mattresses within the time that was first scheduled. However the pick up was made very smoothly.”

“Melvin and his assistant were on time and prepared with the correct tools to take apart a wooden bedframe. They worked very efficiently and were quickly on their way. Recommend Melvin to anyone who needs someone with the talent to take on any "tear down" and quickly haul it away!”
