The young men were very nice and respectful. I didn’t like the vehicle they were using, a trailer with a mesh net pulled over for a cover. There are two remote controls left behind. We will now contact Costco and find a way to get the controls to them.

While we do our best to ensure we arrive within the time window of your choice, there are unforeseeable situations such as traffic, weather and mechanical issues that do occasionally cause delays. We do require that our drivers arrive with a helper to avoid any customer having to assist them in the removal. Unfortunately, the pickup was hours late, which interrupted commitments I had. The pickup was fast and careful once the driver arrived.

Website was a bit misleading on cost and while the communication was good, the amount of back and forth needed to get my appointment was less than great. Ultimately, they said my item was truly 3 items, however I was charged a higher rate than a 7 item pickup (said it was due to how the item would need to be disposed). Again, very vague on the site. When they came to pickup the item, they had no tools and therefore could not disassemble and remove. They were able to come back the following day (Sunday) and remove the item. The men were very cordial, responsive and professional.

He was very friendly but there was only one of him! For a big heavy mattress like ours, we really would have needed two employees. My husband helped get the mattress out, and we're lucky he was around, otherwise I'm not sure what LoadUp would have done!

Was okay; but for paying for assembly and the guys brought ONE wrench? Give me a break. And they partially tore the carpet in the hallway because they dragged the equipment. Fair at best.

Pickup was fine. The guys were polite and friendly and called when they were 45 minutes away. My disappointment comes from the fact that we had a specific day and time selected for pickup and LoadUp called and cancelled and rescheduled. This delay caused issues and I had to cancel my plans and reschedule other appointments. There was no discount offered for this delay either.

The person who took my mattress was very pleasant. I was disappointed however that, as he advised, it would be going to a landfill. I was told by the person that I spoke to that they would either donate it or, if not, likely recycle it. It was not in good enough condition to be donated but certainly good enough to be recycled. I felt that I was mislead by the person I talked to and the ad online.

We do our very best to dispose of every item we take in an eco-friendly way. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee donation or recycling as we are not a recycling facility and therefore must utilize other facilities in the area. My pickup was outside, I did not need to see the folks or have them come into my house. The van they showed up is was a little sketchy... white, old, rusty, no logo. The guys were not in logoed clothes, I am not sure I would have let them into my house if needed. And I did not get a message that they were coming or here until after they had left. I got the arrival and departure email at the same time.

The driver or team person called and wanted to deviate from the scheduled day. My daughter told them to arrive on the scheduled day and time frame indicated on the order. Upon the scheduled day they did sucessfully pick up all items on the order.
