“1 guy showed up to move a couch. In what world can 1 guy move a couch. I paid money to remove a couch and he acted like I was supposed to remove the couch. Unacceptable horrible experience. 1 guy can't move a couch”

“Only your company provides the estimated cost upfront; no other company is doing it. This is the reason I got you. The hauling guys came during the timeframe and quickly picked up the sofas. The service was excellent and the price reasonable .Just a small notice: the tracking page didn't show if the truck is en-route so I was a little bit worried if they are coming on time...but this is not a big issue anyway. I would definitely recommend LoadUp and use it in the future if I need hauling.”

“Language barrier. Could not understand oral or written instructions, like FRAGILE. Broke headboard/frame by trying to stuff it in. Upended dressers/cedar chests without asking if contents could go upside down. Never again. Did not inquire about how I wanted my stuff handled. Totally careless.”
