“I was kept well informed of their arrival time and John and Dimitri were extremely professional and efficient. They took extra care to not damage any surrounding items of my place as they took the item out to truck. Would recommend LoadUp to friends and family.”

“They charged me $200 to move a medium sized box of junk. They said most it was due to fees they charge. I won't be using them again.”

“Came in by himself. Disassembled all the furniture and loaded it up by himself. Wasn’t here 5 minutes. GREAT JOB. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Would rather in this day that an expected window for pickup is something far less ambiguous than 8am-8pm I would think you should be able to provide 2 hour or even 4 hour windows Aside from that both the price and the service where great and I will absolutely use load up again if needed”

“He was on time & courteous I would have given a five but there was only one guy to pick up a good sized sofa. Did not mind assisting but @ 68 yrs old I have a fear of getting injured. Afterwards I felt good that I was able to assist”

“Easy sign up through the website, helpful customer service conversations to help our loader, Brad, find us in a remote area where we had no cell service. “my Team of LoadUp helpers were incredible. I booked appliance removal last night at 10pm and they arrived at 10am prepared and removed my very old Washer Dryer/Stove/Dishwasher from my kitchen remodel.
