“Came in by himself. Disassembled all the furniture and loaded it up by himself. Wasn’t here 5 minutes. GREAT JOB. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Would rather in this day that an expected window for pickup is something far less ambiguous than 8am-8pm I would think you should be able to provide 2 hour or even 4 hour windows Aside from that both the price and the service where great and I will absolutely use load up again if needed”

“He was on time & courteous I would have given a five but there was only one guy to pick up a good sized sofa. Did not mind assisting but @ 68 yrs old I have a fear of getting injured. Afterwards I felt good that I was able to assist”

“Easy sign up through the website, helpful customer service conversations to help our loader, Brad, find us in a remote area where we had no cell service. “my Team of LoadUp helpers were incredible. I booked appliance removal last night at 10pm and they arrived at 10am prepared and removed my very old Washer Dryer/Stove/Dishwasher from my kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend this service for their professionalism, communication and general positive attitude.”

“Neighbors had damaged Solar Panels that needed removal from their garage. Most landfills do not allow solar panels to be dumped at their facility. So, took me several hours to identify and then call various vendors. Many did not handle solar panels. Several that did were very expensive. Called LoadUp and they were very knowledgeable about the process and where able to do a pickup the next day! Also, their fee was very reasonable and much lower than 2 other firms. They gave us a time window and called 30 minutes ahead of their estimated arrival time. Excellent experience and highly recommend LoadUp! Ian Robertson”
