“I had an appointment scheduled from 09/10/24 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. When I called Load It Up at 6:00 PM said they had to cancel due to lack of staff. I had to get my neighbors to help carry the mattress, headboard and bedframe upstairs into my apartment. When the guy came on 09/12/24 he brought along a 14 year old boy. When they took the mattress out of the box the boy backed into my glass coffee table in the living room and broke my lavender glass bowl and did not say anything to me. I found the broken bowl with shatter pieces after they left.”

“Kaio texted before coming within the time period. He and helper worked efficiently to take apart waterbed frame and took the pieces down. The water mattress was already emptied before they came so that it was easy for them to take away . They did it in 20-30 minutes. They were very polite and worked efficiently. Excellent service.”

“This load up employee not only worked by himself but made me feel that he was very confident with putting my furniture together. He was so tired but smiled and laughed as he did bis job professionally. I hope you have other employees like this one because he has very big shoes to fill. Whatever you are paying him, you may want to dig just a little deeper.”

“Loaders came right on time and did a great job. Email communication from LoadUp was very helpful, but I wish the loaders had had a checklist of the items I had promised. I forgot to give them one item, which was my mistake but would have been avoided if they’d worked from a checklist.”
