“I picked this company at random. Matt and Shayla helped move big furniture pieces in Rochester. They carried a heavy and tall wooden entertainment center with built-in drawers down 6 stairs and the front stoop without harming anything in the house. On top of that, they were really nice and friendly.”

“The couple who came and got my couch were so nice and did a great job. The couch was curved and unwieldy, but they were very careful and respectful! I would recommend them! 5 star all the way!”

“I needed my sofa out of my place ASAP as I was having a new one brought in. Nobody was able to get it removed today until I ran across LoadUp. I scheduled a pickup and they were here within an hour and a half! John, the driver, was awesome. He was prompt, communicative and he and his guy moved my sofa out super quick. I'd definitely use this service again.”

“I was scammed . I was told that 12 items would be picked up and I paid in advance . 3 Items were picked up with a list that was not what I had discussed in the phone and sent in my list . The movers were very late and did not know what they were doing . One was very HIGh and snorting and scratching himself . It was really very unprofessional . Do Not recommend .”
