“My loader Salvador was very polite and removed the items fast and efficient. I appreciate that due to my HOA rules that prohibit bulk items on the front yard. I give him a 10 out of 10.”

“Do not use this company. They tried to double the cost of my job after I had already paid by misrepresenting what constitutes a medium swingset. Because mine was outside, had a small slide, and was made of wood, they claimed it was a play structure that incurred $500 more fees even though the definition of medium swing set on their website includes a slide and states nothing about whether it can be wooden or not. When I refused to pay that amount and cancelled 5 days before pickup, they charged a 20% cancellation fee.”
