“Smooth transition making the appt with Jasper who was personable and helpful With arrangements ….. The workers were friendly and made sure that floors were not scratched and entire process went perfectly since I live in a building I would definitely hire load up again”

“The guys were amazingly strong, careful, professional and on time!!!! They removed our old furniture with care and precision. The service received was better than I could have imagined because I worried about the difficulty of the job. No worries with LoadUp!!!! They were incredible. I will use them again and again.”

“This is the third time I have used LoadUp and each time the help is pleasant and kept me updated to their arrival. They have all done excellent work without any complications or damage. “Very good price. The movers were great. My issue- miscommunication through the app. My text/email received delivery day included the driver, his number & my pick up time 12-4, however it also stated your driver is on the way. I tried the number 3x it went to VM each time. I called customer service they could not reach the driver but reassured me that my items would be taken between 12-4. The workers arrived as scheduled but I did not receive a call 30 minutes ahead as stated in the app.”

“Super impressed by the professional handling from the order to the crew that picked up. Chris and his crew from Coeur d’Alene were exceptionally professional. They had to change the pick up time from morning to afternoon, but communicated with me and were there on time for the afternoon slot. I would definitely recommend this service as their price was better than anyone else that I called.”
