“The loader arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He removed the items from my house and into his truck and was gone within 30 minutes. He did a great job. I think, for safety reasons, there should have been two people sent with the truck. I had one very heavy item and two queen bed items that were bulky. I was fearful for his safety getting them out of the house and into the truck. I will use them again, however.”

“They showed up when they said they would. Veyr personable. Got the matrress and box springs out in about 7-8 minutes. Didn't hit walls or doorways. They were very aware of damaging any of my property. They were awesome. Would definitely use them again. And the price was reasonable.”

“Load Up was super easy to schedule. I do wish they would give a better pick up time. Mine was 8am - 8pm so I had to block the entire day. The morning of my scheduled pick up I texted and was told they would arrive between 3-4pm. They didn't show up until 6pm. Even there was a window of morning or afternoon that would be better. Jamille worked quickly and was very polite and professional and I will be using the services again.”

“The worst experience ever! They are crooks! I should get a full refund but had 20% stolen!! I’m calling the BBB and taking legal action! Don’t use this company. I will see if they are truly honest and legit. But I doubt it. No principles. No out cost by your company. So why the theft ??”

“Worst company ever. They are racist and very discriminatory and they promise to pay their workers and they are very unprofessional and they don't have the proper tools to tell their workers that their are stairs st the homes. This company needs to be shut down and my lawyer is in the process of suing them right now.”

“Came on time, got to work immediately. No chit chat, all business. Had to carry a heavy bulky leather sofa down a flight of stairs. Did it carefully, not bumping into walls or stair rails. Very pleased with the load up experience will use them again.”
