“Ian so pleased with the service and price I received for my used 11” MacBook. I appreciated the clear details of the process in terms of timeline and what to expect. Both were exactly as they said. The check arrived via FedEx in 2 days time after this email advising me of the timeline. Go Roostr made it all simple, clear and delivered accordingly. Would definitely recommend their services. If I had once suggestion for to potential clients it would be to just be honest about the known condition of the item you are selling and the quote you receive should be reflected in your payment. “Go Roostr was such an easy, worry free process the entire time... from start to finish. The communication was clear and they were very easy to work with. I had a MacBook that I had to say goodbye to and Go Roostr took care of it! They quoted me and once they received my MacBook got back to me the following Monday (right after the weekend) Highly recommend!!”

“I was unsure how to dispose of my broken MacBook Pro, which is how I discovered GoRoostr. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they would take my broken MacBook and even send me payment for it! I packaged up my MacBook, shipped it off using their shipping label, and after several days, they emailed me to say they had received my MacBook, inspected it, and proceeded to send me a payment via Venmo of the amount that they had originally quoted me. This process was so easy and I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. It always sucks to have an important electronic device break, but GoRoostr is the silver lining by sending you money for your broken product. Would 100% recommend.”
