“I was a little bit nervous sending my MacBook Pro to an anonymous entity on the internet. But I found the Go Roostr team professional, courteous and fair. My Mac Book Pro screen was broken and they quoted me a figure almost double of the Apple Trade in value. Shipping was free and insured. They guided me through the process of unlinking my Mac Book from my Icloud account. When I made rookie mistakes, they were patient and guided me step by step. If anyone has an apple device which they would like to sell to a third party, I would highly recommend Go Roostr.”

“It was extremely easy to recycle my old MacBook Air (2013). A prepaid label was supplied, and instructions were clear. They were able to estimate its value on line at the very outset, and the check arrived a few days after they let me know they had received the laptop and verified that it was as I had said on their submission form. I provided my own shipping box and packing.”
