after spending loads of time,effort and energy, you get quote, but brokers do not want to go ahead with price they give you. simply because they find that price they give you is less than that you already got with same insurance company. this need stopping.

If a private plate is transferred it is impossible to complete a transaction on your site. I went another route which was very stressful. Very, very poor performance from you.

Hi, Thanks for leaving your feedback. We pull vehicle information from a shared database. Depending on when the private plate was put on the vehicle, it may not have updated yet unfortunately. Alternatively you can enter the vehicle details manually such as make, model and engine size, Please accept our apologies if you found this method stressful to complete. I had a good insurance quote yesterday and today when I tried to accept it the price had gone up by£250. I checked the information I supplied yesterday and it was exactly the same as today. Very sharp practice.

You should see an option to 'view prices' next to your more recent quotes. Clicking this will display the results from all the insurers on our panel and allow you to purchase a policy should you wish. You give a cheap price with all extras included but when past to proper insurance site to put in details you have to put them back in as they are not ticked and the the price goes up as it's not a true like for like quote. Luckily my previous insurance broker showed me where it goes wrong. Not impressed at all.

However, you may have been upgrading the additional cover on the insurers website. For example on GoCompare.com you may have added the standard level of cover for legal assistance, however on the insurers site they are offering this cover at an upgraded level. Not sure if it’s you or LV but tried 4times today to buy car insurance but each time after taking all details and card info I was logged out.

Yes I Been driving Moore then 20 years I had accident and I got 3 points of my license my quote was over £3000 that is crazy it’s like I just past my license now in 20 years this the only accident I had
