“I'm really bad with your company does not ask for a serious company before you give a price and then shoot a lot more expensive three times more so I had to eliminate this company of my sure insurance of the One Call car very bad and very bad and they do not even pay attention to the polite customer and suited to our needs I do not recommend it to anyone”

“Went to get car insurance. Looked at the 'best' quotes and progressed on to the companies sites only to find that the things I'd stipulated in my search cost over and above the quotes. Misleading and a waste of time.”

“I put in all the details and the cheapest quote was from Saga at £543. I clicked the website and it instantly went up to £629. After an hour and a half on the phone they explained that quoted was from the 5th of February. But I hadn't been on the website on the 5th of February. He was a classic switch and bait tactic. I hadn't been on the date that they told me the quote was 4. And even so it gone up by £75 in less than 2 weeks”

“Everytime I tried to navigate to pay ,I met a stumbling block it said I needed a email address which I supplied only for the portal site to say the email I added did not exist? so I tried another same problem, and it's sad really as you do not use phones, so I could speak to you the sale was lost, sorry but 1 was the best score I could give ..”

“I found it very difficult to use the website as it kept freezing and crashing. I inserted my card details, but then after inserting my card details, I received notification stating Lloyds Bank was unable to accept me proceeding insuring my car. Due to me taking someone to the hospital, it was imperative I get my car insured. The next day I called a different insurance company to insure the car, but when I proceeded to pay the deposit, I had insufficient funds! I called my bank and they stated that Lloyds Bank had debited the amount of £179.00 which now left my account with no funds. Having stated the above, I would be grateful if you could please refund the sum of £179.00, thank you.”

Insurance companies return prices to you based on many risk factors such as age, driving experience and vehicle details. I’m sorry our quotes were not competitive for you on this occasion.
