“The cheapest quote ref number was invalid and wen I done a re quot the same insurance had gone up by 100pounds in one day rip off”

“Not one of top 5 quotes was correct price tryd to pay and every one went up at least £200-£600. And still had to go through every question again on phone”

“Not helpful. Throw computer technology out of the window and give me a person any day. Won't ever bother with you again. My quotes suddenly doubled when I edited them two days later with MORE favourable factual information.”

“the company l went with only delt with by on line l put my details in four timers and nothing happened every time l went through all the sections and nothing happened. in frustration l gave up. the site was make happy which it did'nt”

“Not happy at all with your service I don't see the point in filling all my details in for at the bottom of the page that says 2 of the cheapest quote's to get in touch with me but even though I've filled in 2 different quot's I still to this day for it's getting on for at least 6 to 7 days now that I've done them & still not even a bleep from my phone off them so I've had to give use the 1 star but if there was an option to never try this comparison site again I just might of ticked it”

“tried to get car insurance excess shown was incorrect also breakdown was shown as full including homestart when attempting to take out insurance all the figures shown on go compare were increased significantly would not use this site ,when complaint was made go compare advised they did not put the prices on the site the insurance company does!!”

“If you log on to your account and want to take insurance out for someone else it will assume it's for you!!! By the time you realise and you may have entered all the detail for someone else in a new quote you've forgotten it hasn't asked for a name and it will assume its form the account holder. that my friend will cost you a fortune becuase the likes of flux direct will charge you an extortionate amount to cancel or an even bigger amount to amend.”

“I started a policy up with Go Skippy but the sale off the car I was going to buy fell through, I've had a right game trying to cancel it and get a fefund, I've been put on hold with no answer, I've had the phone put down on me, Go Skippy admin show no professionalism what so evey and I still don't know whether the insurance has been cancelled. Why have Go Skippy on your list of insurers when they are so unreliable and unprofessional.”

“All my chosen quotes which I based changing from my existing insurer on when I went into to purchase all increased significantly. This included the likes of Hastings with increases over a £120. Have learnt a lesson and will take very little notice of your qoutations in future. I do note you do make reference to price variations, but I did not expect them to be anything like what I found.”

“I purchased car insurance with Go Skippy and made payment with my card. Money was taken yet they are unable to locate the policy. I don't have cover and cannot collect the car I bought. Very annoying and totally unacceptable!!”
