You can obtain a quote for someone other than the account holder, you would just need to change some details on the account. To do this please: Return to http://www.gocompare.com Click on 'Retrieve quotes' and log into your account Click on the black 'Your account details' tab at the top of the page On the following page, amend your details as required and click 'save'. Click on the black 'Your quotes' tab at the top of the page to return to the previous page where you can then click 'new quote' to obtain a quote. After I answered all questions I was offered insurance, but when I tried to pay it would not accept. It kept saying try again, which I did and even used another card but no luck. Even tried again this morning, got same reply even when I tried another company. Won't use again, sorry.

Please ensure that you are logged into your account. You will then find the 'Free Excess Protection Cover' tab at the top of your account page or behind the silhouette of a person, which will take you to the activation page. Here you will need to select the policy that you have purchased or choose to enter the details manually which will take you to the activation form. You need to make sure that the details entered on this page are accurate and match the quote that you obtained and purchased through us. None of the best price insurers were able to process payment for a policy! And then when I looked a little deeper, it’s because they are all Admiral under different names! I had a car that I couldn’t get insured! So I went directly to AXA, who didn’t show on your list & got a good price and a fast checkout!

Because you change the prices too quickly so you totally mislead customers & I ended up being charged £50 more than was stated on the quotes. And I bet you won't publish this!

I don’t see the point of these sites. You give them all the information they ask for They Give you a spiffing price,and when you go to pay up come the barricades. The next thing I knew was my quote went from £584 up to £1100 & odd.

I’m disappointed that the company (AidranFlux)I took a policy with cancelled the policy barely 2 hours later and are charging me cancellation fee as if to suggest that I initiated the cancellation. Even if say I did, what happened to the 14 day cooling window? I did not request for a black box and I’m told one was already dispatched and I have to pay over hundred pounds. I’m very bitter with this. I want answers before I blow this out on the powerful social media.
