I received an email on 27 June advising my car insurance was due for renewal that day - it wasn’t it was due 23 July. Wrong date and information given which nearly cost me cancellation fees on my old policy. Very dissatisfied

`Did a GAS / ELECTRICITY search nearly a YEAR ago through your search site,` accepted an alternative quote (`Can`t even remember who "they" were), `was quite exited to be saving several hundred pounds a year. THEN ............................... N O T H I N G ! ! ! What a surprise. `Shame I can`t give 0 stars.

I cannot find out my insurance company and got via go compare. there should be an option to find this information out via account

Took out a policy with one call supposed to include breakdown cover but there is no mention of this on the PDF asked them to send me a Postal copy but not received very difficult to get in touch will not be using this service again

I have been trying to claim your so called free cover for months now . Shame you don’t use the post or a telephone as us over 70’s can’t cope with all the internet jargon . A rubbish offer and I will Never use go compare again

I cant believe a company like go compare have quoteline direct on their comparison site, there are the worst company absolute disgrace - charged £300 for 15 days insurance on a van, very, very disappointed they are giving them business.

Feels like a scan, showed reasonable price then when redirected to insurer price went up 20%. Did this on all prices I tried

Hi I bought a policy through yourself and I didn’t get the 250 excess and they charged me more on my deposit disputing their system had a error so can you get back to me please

Very frustrating process. All going well until I received the quotes, but when trying to proceed to the insurance site they have no record of the quote. Same issue with several insurance sites, so problem is with GoCompare. So have now have to go through the whole questionnaires again for each insurance provider, which makes GoComplare completely pointless.
