Was given a quote, a couple of days later I clicked on the email link with the offer & it had gone up a pound a month, went to Moneysupermarket & saved £20, poor show Go Compare.

GoCompare are a comparison website, not an insurer or broker, so we have no influence on the prices that are returned to you. Insurance companies return prices to you based on many risk factors which vary dependant on the insurance you're looking for. I’m sorry our quotes were not competitive for you on this occasion. I got nine quotes and couldn't access the cheapest one the only one I could Access was £100 dearer.

Terrible experience took my details then took my money , then didn’t grant me the policy , and refused me my money this site collects your information then selects what it provides the insurance company , or you answer questions on this site that you automatically think they will pass to the insurer then don’t , then the insurer steals your money and you don’t get insured

You gave me a quote for VW Tiguan at a price of £388 I input my reg number and it was increased to £454 I was not ammused

POOR because, after you get your insurance which is very easy to follow and buy. THEN when you want to see/ find your policy which should be simple IT IS NOT I kept being pushed back to Compare to get quotes for a new Policy. RIDICULOUS.. I have given up and will phone them on Monday. What a waste of my time. I don't even know if I have a policy, or indeed if I am really insured?? I would only recommend to get a quote

Just so you know, when you purchase, you do so directly with the insurer, so you would never be able to see your documents on or website. Most insurers have their own online portal, which is where you would access these. Normally you'll receive an email from them wit a link for you to be able to access this. Yes not too impressed I got a quote of approx £1,280.0 however when I rang them Principal they said it was alot more expensive???????

The price quoted on your website was £170 cheaper than the prover Sainsburys bank. They said it was your sites fault for not keeping it up to date !!! Even so £170 is not even close so how can it be a good comparison?

Possibly the worst thought out set of questions and possible answers i have come across, it leaves a negative impression of the person to be insured and lacks questions that should prove of benifit, there is no alowance worth talking about in any insurers for dash cams yet they do there best to encourage the purchase and use of them , if its saving them thousands on false claims agenst you surely its its something they should give a decent discount for .. the also only give discounts on trackers that cost a fortune if your rich enough to own a flash new car or stupidly expensive motorcycle yet give no discount and as far as normal drivers and riders that are driving the majority of there custom the say you vechicle doesn't matter your not rich .well they should be encouraging all drivers and riders the recovery of any vehicle saves them paying out but they would rather just rip you off with higher costs because of the claims they say they have to pay , yet they still make bigger and bigger profits. Go compair what a joke their more like go to hell . Bet this gets edited if shown at all .. news after go compare read my review they claim to have fixed the problem in a couple of days and want me to give a better review, well not a chance in hell its still crap nothing is sorted so theres my update .
