“I was offered a gift 'Dine' for using gocompare. But when I tried to down load it the gift wasn't available to download. Will use a more reliable source next time.”

“Lowest quote was Saga --- £1200 Went to same company on line quoted £220 Always use go compare for all my insurances will use Money Supermarket in future unless you can explain!”

“ON YOUR WEBSITE, I SELECTED (SURE THING) CAR INSURANCE AFTER SUPPLING ALL CORRECT DETAILS PRICE GIVEN WAS £354.86.ON ACCEPTING THEY REVISED THE PRICE TO £1500.00, WITH NO EXPLANATION. GREAT COMPANY? GREAT WEBSITE.”

“Terrible experience! I won’t be using you again and will tell all my colleagues about the fact that your web site is so clunky that I couldn’t complete the purchase even after 4 attempts. I ended up talking to a customer services rep who took me through it all. I always prefer to buy on line so didn’t like this time wasting exercise. I hope you use this feedback to improve the customer experience which was appalling.”

“Despite giving me a range of companies to choose from none were covering the details I had filled in, although at first sight they looked encouraging. I wanted classic car cover specifically, but most were giving a general cover, several times greater than one I have found for myself, several started off looking good value, until I added up the "extras", bringing the final cost some £63 above the one I have signed with!!! Not impressed!!!”

“I feel I was let down. I was attracted by the offer of discounted dining, however, it was not until my money had been taken by you that I found there were NO participating venues anywhere near me. To add insult to injury I would have to pay you again if I cancelled to go with another provider who do a better dining deal!!”
