Not very happy at all done a quote put registration number in paid for insurance when documents came through in email car was not my car but reg was correct cost me extra £85 to change over

FRUSTRATION! data base did not accurately recognise my car from the registration number. Entered correct model info. manually and carried on but couldn't buy without entering Reg. No. and then the details of the car changed!!!!

Your insurance quote was far too dear I got insurance someone else £350 cheaper

I was extremely happy after receiving a very reasonable deal through GoCompare. At the time of taking insurance however I was promised a free £250 excess with ‘paperwork to follow shortly’. Around 6 weeks on I am still waiting for paperwork for this and both e-mails I have sent have been ignored! Not the service that I was expecting : (

Not impressed by your site. You are not what I expected not as cheap as you make out I found other sites much more cheaper and less complicated to sign into..

On two separate occasions his week I have tried to pay for my renewal and on both occasions the Payment process was faulty. Nothing wrong with my details, as far as I can tell, and certainly nothing wrong with my Debit card. And each day takes me closer to having no insurance on my car. The on line help line was no use either, round and round. GoCompare has worked for me in the past but not this time. Very frustrating.

Website did not allow me to complete process. Would not accept e mail or password at end. Quotes came up much cheaper than previous insurer but with no ref no. Eventually gave up and returned to previous insurer. Waste of time.

Cant do a quote on site as I put in one of my jobs as a cleaner it would not accept office cleaner nor was a option,no ref number from sheila deals as they offered a better deal but cant take up,also my other job is a mda but you dont have this option either,so feel a complete waste of time to be honest..

Good prices in this rip off world of car insurances ! But no one wants my business ? I hate filling tedious forms , after doing so I got a affordable quote ! They quickly phoned me ! I did not have all my bank details asked for a call back ! Two days later after calling them twice put on hold then cut off ! I decided if you cannot get to talk to some one buying the insurance , then you be buggered if an accident ! went to the old meerkats ! Guess what Same bloody company ?

Rubbish used go compare for years put my details in filled out the online form three times and it kept coming back we cannot quote you with the information given .went to quote me happy instead saved £80
