this is not about go compare per se, however, it is about one of your offers - the AA, whose quote doubled after I had completed the details, so if this is what's going to happen, ill just go with the same insurance provider I had last year which is £100 cheaper than the aa. Very disappointing. Please do not send me any more texts or emails. BY the way, the opt out link on cell doesn't work, it just takes you to your page, not an opt out page, another no no for me. thank you

paid online£80 plus recived a phone call increased to 150 £.spent loads of time on phone to sortit out. I would appreciate you comments and will not use you again unless you reply with your comments not your explination as I dont think you know what went wrong but poss stop it happening again if you don't reply why ask me ??

Went through topcashback and bought a car insurance policy but the £35 cash back not yet coughed up.

because all the time i put i want protetted no clams and leagal fees the price goes up then you go back and the price back to where it was so nothing but stress so im not going to bother i will stick to what i have got

Quote given on gocompare site was not the same price when directed to insurers site. Important information, which was input correctly on gocompare site, was not transfered to insurers site eg. Reg no of car, endorsements and points. This gave a gave a different price on insurers site when correct information was entered. Thought I was getting a good deal but in reality this was not the case. Very misleading. Good job I checked details on insurers site before taking out the policy. It could have invalidated my policy. Not very impressed at all!!!

Had several quotes and tried to purchase one of them. When I eventually got to the payment page the quote was suddenly not available. I was invited to go through the process again only to find no quote available. Getting back to the original quote was not possible and there are multiple barriers to using go compare.

Go Compare stated on quote page that 'All' extra Insurance were offered i.e. 'Personal Accident', but after purchasing the car ins policy it was not

Changed to private number plate which hasn’t been recognised by the website although fully updated on DVLA waited four days still not recognised gave up
