Very unhelpful the person a woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude I told her I wanted to ensure my car I needed to ask one question she refused to answer my question very rude an unhelpful.

Stop disseminating web site visitors to other service providers. I had a very weak experience as a result. The actual web site go compare and a subscriber sterling insurance did well.

No matter how often I receive a quote every time I press the link it takes me to more expensive quotes. I can press it instantly on receiving the quote but always it’s more expensive. Waste of my time. Don’t trust them at all

All iam trying to get is a qoute for combined van and car insurance. In other words i own a van which is isured,i have now bought a car,so i now own a a van and a car,the van is insurd but the car isnt.Ok now i would like to insure the van and car on the same policy,i know crazy. But yourselfs and every other company out there cannot it seems are not able to get there heads around what iam asking for.Unbeliveable.

What is the point of making a password when the first time you use it your told it is wrong,I am trying to log in and this is all it keeps telling me.Useless

The password is case sensitive, so if you have used a capital letter anywhere in your password you would need to replicate that alternatively, there is a 'forgotten my password' option where you can reset this. Hi guys, i'm sorry to say you are just like the rest. No ins Co ask's for a driver's background, ins is quote's are calculated on age, and post code, which is totally unfair, ill tell you why. Yes, i'm 77 years old, but, i'm a retired long distance lorry driver, i passed my HGV test in 1062, 6 years in the Army, and on leaving the army in 1967, i went on the road. I have a clean driving, proof of my 10 years NCB, i also passed a defensive driving with the Police, not in a car, defensive driving with a HGV. But the certificate was lost through moving house, But, as i have said, no ins Co ask's these questions, so that is why you give you a score of 1, if there was a O box, i would click it. Hi Marianne, Thanks for leaving a review. To activate your free excess cover, simply follow the below steps: Go to www.GoCompare.com. Log in to the correct account. Select the 'Free excess protection cover' tab at the top of the screen or after pressing the silhouette of the head and shoulders in the top right. Select the policy you have purchased or the 'Complete the form manually' link. Check that the redemption form is completed accurately. Choose how you would like the documents to be sent (Email/Post). Receive your documents via email in 48 hours or post in 5 - 10 days. I received an email on 27 June advising my car insurance was due for renewal that day - it wasn’t it was due 23 July. Wrong date and information given which nearly cost me cancellation fees on my old policy. Very dissatisfied

I dont want money takin out my bank until July 7 the day my insurance expires so i'm not going to press Agree and pay so i wont take cover with you. Ken.
