“Fantastic service. Both drivers we used were fantastic. Knew all the shortcuts when there were difficult circumstances on the road, can't recommend highly enough. Comfy vehicles, even stopped so we could grab coffee and a loo. Great communication from their web chat to WhatsApp and email remainders. Will use again”

“Website and booking very straightforward. Clear communication via email, text and Whats App gave us confidence. We were regularly updated. Our driver was pleasant and arrived promptly. The vehicle was comfortable, the trip from Geneva to Trois Vallées was very easy. We had a very good, reliable service and would use again.”

“As a family of (5) traveling from the States to Europe each winter to explore various areas of the Alps, we have tried several transport companies to get us from Point A to B as effortlessly as possible. This is no small feat since we are a relatively large family so luggage is considerable (12 pieces this last trip). This past week in 2024, we used Go Alpes for the first time and we were beyond impressed! We had (3) travel segments that were booked about a week ahead of travel. The company summarized our segments in one neat email even though my bookings were done separately. We ended up making more than one last minute edits due to weather and a change in hotel. The company handled the complexities with incredible professionalism, never making us feel awkward about making changes or adding unnecessary charges for the hastle. The fleet was clean, perfectly sized, and driven by lovely individuals who had all the information they needed to take charge. We felt very well cared for. In the past, drivers had many questions for us about the destination, payment, etc...with Go Alpes the process was seamless and wonderful from start to finish! We truly had to provide a GPS coordinate for one complicated pickup on the mountain and they didn't bat an eye. The shuttles always arrived early, happily transfered our multiple pieces of luggage and had us on our way with a smile. We are so grateful for this service. The company provides you with your driver's name and cell ahead of time so if you are arriving by airport, for ex, you always have a way to connect even if you don't immediatly see each other. And a live person picks up the phone at the office when you call! Again, bravo, for incredible customer care in a time when that is often lacking. I wish you continued success because your work is excellent. We will continue to use Go Alpes now that we have found them!”
