"I was frustrated and upset because I had been unable to withdraw $9000 my Hard earned money from GoCardless for the previous two months. I had reported this issue to Attorney John Goodwin two weeks ago, and I had given him the evidence and proof. To God be the glory, I had received a positive response yesterday stating that my money had been recovered from these scammers. I was able to get my money back with Goodwin's assistance. "They did to me what they did to all the other people on here. I was told my account was \"Fully Verified\" and that same day, I had 3 clients pay me on gocardless, 1 of which was a new client, the other 2 were established for the past year, paying me on stripe.\r\n\r\nI am selling Web Design, marketing and hosting services.\r\nafter those 3 transactions, they sent me an email that they closed my account because I did not meet their satisfactory use.\r\n\r\nand they would not give me the money that was processed and did not mention they would return it.\r\n\r\nThankfully the next morning, after not able to sleep because I was so upset, I thought I was going to be thought of as a scammer by the new client, but I was able to still login, and cancel those 3 payments.\r\nSo that worked, I think. I don't know if they actually took the money from my clients.\r\nor not. but I was able to cancel it.\r\n\r\nBut I don't trust them now.\r\nI did appeal, but no way will I use them again. I don't trust them at all.\r\nI just used my Authorize.net account to turn on eChecks, which does the same thing.\r\nbut I have to wait about 7 days for it to clear instead of 4 days. and I have to pay $10 per month now, but worth it, to not worry about them cancelling me, like GoCardless did.\r\n\r\nTerrible, I even told support how it was not fair and they did not apologize or anything, they only said, okay we will close out the chat for now.\r\n\r\nterrible response.\r\nTerrible customer service.\r\nTerrible Scammer Company.\r\n\r\nFully verified, to not satisfactory use?????\r\n\r\ncrazy."

"Already a week support is useless, is not clear system has bugs in it, and then after a week trying to get verified you get a message that they close your account, this is a rubbish company, not transparent or anything just a scam as many reported already not receiving their money. that has not a clue what they doing i advice to stay away and avoid any headache and frustration, unprofessional, slowly and useless.. \r\nAVOID AT ALL COST\ud83e\udd2c\ud83e\udd2c\ud83e\udd2c"
