“Horrible customer service, horrible app client, refunds are supposed to be 30 day guaranteed but you can't get anyone to reply to your messages or refund requests. I've been trying to get a refund for a game I bought over a week ago because it won't work. I haven't received any replies to my messages other than automated replies when I send a message and one message saying try downloading all the files separately which doesn't work either because every time you download a file the last file says it's not verified. Horrible website, don't waste your time or your money like I did.”
“Bought a game from Gog on Saturday based on them having a refund policy and I wasn't sure if I would like the game. I requested a refund for it on the Monday and they have rejected it. Disappointing as I bought it from them based on the return policy. Next time I will find an alternative vendor”
“I had an account with GOG for a few years. I went to log back in today, April 19,2020, and it said an account associated with my email doesn't exist! Managed to do a reset password email. GOG sent it to my email but after I reset the password it said my account didn't exist. So all the games I bought through GOG are not available to me and it was a waste of money and time! Reporting GOG to the United States Federal Trade Comission. The FTC is known to nail foreign companies for fraud and theft as foreign governments want to do business with the USA which means they allow the USA FTC access to their companies.”
