“Paid express delivery & the goods is yet to be delivered up till today”

Dear Anamelechi, Thank you for informing us about your failed delivery. Our sincere apologies for the failed deliveries on behalf of the delivery agent. We dispatched this item on the very next day we received your order an express service. We are not sure why the delivery agent has failed to deliver on multiple occasions. We will be raising a case with them as this is not an acceptable service that we pay for. As for your express shipping payment, we have already refunded you this amount so you are not out of pocket. “I have been ordering with golfonline for many years and have always found their delivery service to be very prompt and not once have i had to return an item. Even when ordering custom fitted items they have always delivered on time and on many occasions before the expected date of arrival. There is a huge selection of products to choose from, many of which have offers or bonus points attached to them. Golf online is always my first choice when ordering golf related items.”
